More of Eliza.

Here are some more pictures of Eliza. The Nurses love Eliza and are constantly wanting to do photo shoots with her. Here are a few pictures of her during bath time and also during a photo shoot that 3 of the Nurses put together. Eliza has a very calm personality, and hardly ever cries but when she does all of the nurses run to her. She is a very happy and content baby. Doctors have said that she may be coming home Friday or Saturday if all does well.

Update.

As of now Cameron is doing very well, he still needs time for his brain and for everything to heal but the Doctors are very pleased with his recovery. He has taken a diving test and passed but he still needs to take one more with the DMV to make it a for sure thing. The doctors did decrease his OT and Speech and have discharged him from PT. But as of last week he has developed bone growths and needs to continue with OT more often for the next two months. They haven't said for sure but they may need to go in and remove the extra bone that is forming and also repair another 2 breaks in his arm. But they are waiting to see if time will heal it. Cameron is coming along and feels more himself everyday. He still has a  hard time with focusing and other cognitive issues but he is seeing doctors to help with these issues. Again Cameron and myself have to be patient and know that this is going to be a long recovery. He has come so far but has a way to go.

Baby news: We went to the doctors today and it turns out that Eliza will becoming sooner then planned. I'm pre-eclampsia and will not be able to make it full term. I have had blood test done and they came out OK but with other factors she will be born early. She is not as big as they want her to be so they want to make sure to keep her in there as long as they can. But the doctors have said I wont be going over 37 weeks. They are also worried that Eliza is under stress and will be checking her often. They told me to be prepared to have her at anytime depending on the test results. I go in again tomorrow for a stress test for Eliza and depending on that test and other blood work we will have a better time frame of when Eliza will be coming. They have just told me to take it easy and wanted to put me on bed rest but who has time for that when you have school everyday and other doctors apt, it just doesn't seem possible.  Its been a crazy year and doesn't seem to slow down at all. I'm thankful for every ones support and prays.

Our new place for a while

The first thing Cameron wanted to do...

THe first thing Cameron wanted to do after he got out of the hospital was go to the temple and thank Heavenly Father for what he had done for him.

Our Summer!

As all of you know Cameron and mine summer started out with a bang!!! Cameron was is a motorcycle accident on May 28. He was in a coma due to the accident for about three and half weeks or so. He then was moved to rehab for another 4 weeks.  His recovery has been fast compared to what people were telling us it would be. Cameron has been strong through it all and has been a fighter the whole time. He still goes to outpatient rehab MWF for PT, OT, and Speech for 3 hours a day. He has shown great improvement and continues to improve everyday. He explains coming out of it as coming home from a mission. He says that you feel lost at first and then reality hits and you are forced to get back into real life. He explains that in the beginning it felt like I was his senior companion and that he was the junior companion. He now feels that we are both the senior companion and feels almost 100%.  Somethings are still hard for him and will take time for him to get back to normal. He hates that he still can't drive (although he has driven a few times with me),  and hates that he still can't work. He is very determined to get "back to our life and the way things were."

Due to the accident we have had to move in with my parents. Which has been a big stress reliever and at the same time a little hard for the both of us because we had been living on our own.

We also found out this summer that we are going to be welcoming a little daughter. We are both so excited and can't wait to meet her.
